The Aitchison Alexander Memorial- "Rose Window"

This is a circular window, 4.5m in diameter, located on the East gable of the Gallery. Mr Alexander donated it in memory of his brother, in 1875.
It is the first work of the kind executed by Stephen Adam FSA Scotland.
The Mitchell Memorial
Members of the Mitchell family, in memory of their parents in 1903, donated this two light window, located on the South wall of the Gallery. It is the work of William Meikle and Son. The theme of the work is the Christian soldier preparing finally to cross to the sweet fields beyond.
The Benson Memorial
The Mother of Peter Benson, in his memory in 1908, donated this two light window, located on the North wall of the Gallery. It is almost the last work of Stephen Adam FSA Scotland. The theme of the work is "Christ's Resurrection declared to the women who came to the Sepulchre".
The Eglinton Memorial
The family of Mr and Mrs Tom Eglinton, in their memory in 1925, donated this two light window, located on the North wall of the Gallery. The artist is James Ballantyne FSA Scotland. The theme of the work is the Ascension.

"Loving Mother Memorial"
Mrs Matthew Mitchell donated this single light window, located on the South wall downstairs, in memory of her mother in 1932. The artist is unknown.
